Vintage Notes
2016 was another exceptional vintage in the Napa Valley — our only regret is that there wasn't more fruit. Late spring conditions were optimal, then we had a few warm and cool spells through the summer. Fortunately, there were no major heat waves through the summer. The grapes ripened earlier than usual, which was fantastic considering that October rains came right on cue, but by then we'd already harvested the striking quality grapes for this limited release wine.

Vineyard Notes
We source the fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc from a very special vineyard in St. Helena, just across the road from the Culinary institute of America. Situated in the heart of this renowned AVA, the vineyard produces bright, tropical fruit flavors for our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasting Notes
Brightly aromatic, our 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is reminiscent of citrus, melon and exotic tropical fruits. On the palate, zingy acidity is balanced by tangerine, kiwi and lime notes with a hint of honeydew melon. A refreshing balance of acidity and fruit linger on the crisp clean finish.
