Host Your Next Event at Girard!
Each year, Girard Napa Valley is pleased to host a limited number of special events at our beautifully appointed Yountville location. Allow us to pair our award winning wines with culinary dishes prepared by some of the valley's best chefs.
Private Events - $45 per person minimum wine purchase for the event. For example, if there are 15 people: $45 x 15 = $675 then $675 is the minimum amount of wine that will need to be decided upon and purchased in advance (can choose any of the current wines available, in any amounts). Also, a service fee is a separate charge and starts at $75 per hour and depends on the day and time chosen for your event. Service fee is inclusive of staffing, basic floral arrangements and purified drinking water. Food/catering services will be additional and can be anywhere from cheese boards, to a coursed and fully served meal. Rentals (linens, additional tables, chairs, heat lamps, etc) are additional as well.
After Hours Events - $100-$150 per person minimum wine purchase for the event. A service fee starting at $100 per hour is added onto the minimum wine purchase to cover staff, basic floral arrangements and purified drinking water; cost will depend on number of hours, number of people, type of event, day of the week, etc. This service fee is inclusive of staffing, basic flowers and purified water. Food will be additional and can be anywhere from cheese boards, to a coursed and fully served meal. If rentals are needed such as linens, additional tables and chairs, heat lamps, etc. these will be an additional cost.
Event Discounts – For most events, we extend an additional discount on any wine purchases during the event. Wine Club members will receive 20% on their wine purchases.
